Gli Apocalyptica sono una band finlandese di violoncello metal nota per il suo stile musicale unico, che fonde l'heavy metal con arrangiamenti classici per violoncello. La canzone "Nothing else matters", che la band ha reinterpretato nel loro album "Apocalyptica plays Metallica by four cello" registrato nel 1996, è stata inserita nello show di Netflix "Wednesday" alla fine dell'episodio 3, che ha avuto un enorme impatto per la band sui nuovi e più giovani ascoltatori, ad esempio su Spotify.
