MAMOUNA è il nono album in studio di Bryan Ferry del 1994 e viene ristampato per la prima volta dopo la pubblicazione originale in due formati deluxe: 3CD e 2LP.
È il suo primo album in studio in sette anni a contenere registrazioni originali.
Le registrazioni alternative inedite di MAMOUNA sono raccolte insieme per la prima volta in questa collezione.
L’audio dei 2LP è stato tagliato a mezza velocità presso gli Abbey Road Studios per ottenere una migliore qualità dal tecnico Miles Showell.
La versione 3CD include l’album “Horroscope” con un disco aggiuntivo di demo inedite o “sketches”.
La grafica è stata supervisionata da Bryan Ferry stesso. Il disco include un cast stellare di musicisti come Nile Rodgers, Guy Pratt e Steve Ferrone, così come il contributo di Phil Manzanera (dei Roxy Music), Andy Mackey e Brian Eno. MAMOUNA si è posizionato 11° nella classifica album del Regno Unito e include i singoli ‘Don’t Want To Know’, ‘Your Painted Smile’ e la title track ‘Mamouna’.
