I HEAR BLACK è il sesto album studio della band americana Overkill, pubblicato il 9 Marzo 1993 dalla Atlantic Records.
L'album è il primo con la partecipazione del batterista Tim Mallare e segna un cambio nello stile della band, dal thrash uptempo di Horrorscope a un sound maggiormente groove metal. Il risultato è un album metal dalle forti atmosfere dark, a cui si aggiungono toni blues, doom e stoner ripresi dai Black Sabbath.
Questo cambio di stile dà avvio a una nuova fase di sperimentazione che continuerà in molti lavori degli Overkill durante gli anni 90 e 2000.
