L'etichetta Round Records stampa su doppio LP non ufficiale e a tiratura limitata la seconda parte delle prove del celeberrimo concerto "The Wall Live In Berlin" che andò in scena il 21 luglio del 1990 nell'area compresa tra Potsdamer Platz e la Porta di Brandeburgo. Un paio di mesi prima Roger Waters (voce, basso e chitarra) riunì nei Townhouse Studios di Londra i membri della sua Bleeding Heart Band composta da Rick Di Fonzo (chitarre), Snowy White (chitarre), Andy Fairweather-Low (basso, chitarra e cori), Peter Wood (tastiere), Nick Glennie-Smith (tastiere), Graham Broad (batteria e percussioni elettroniche), Stan Farber (cori e percussioni), Jim Haas (cori e percussioni), Joe Chemay (cori) e John Joyce (cori) per provare lo show: le prove furono registrate e trasmesse da una paio di piccole stazioni radio tedesche al fine di promuovere l'evento.
