Steven Wilson torna a produrre un mix Dolby Atmos* del 2025 del secondo album dei King Crimson più il lato B del singolo, “Groon”, un nuovo mix surround 5.1* e un nuovo mix stereo dell'album*, mentre David Singleton contribuisce con i mix Elemental di quattro brani chiave dell'album.
Il Blu-ray contiene tutto questo materiale su un unico disco con il materiale surround 5.1 presentato in DTS-HD-MA e i brani stereo in Hi-Res Stereo. Ai nuovi mix si aggiungono le sessioni di registrazione stereo complete dell'intero album, prodotte da Alex R Mundy, e il disco è completato da una presentazione Hi-Res Stereo dell'edizione del 30° anniversario del mix originale dell'album*. Il CD contiene i mix stereo 2025 di Steven Wilson, i mix Elemental e la versione alternativa di Devil's Triangle originariamente assemblata per il cofanetto Sailors' Tales, ora introvabile. Questa è l'edizione più completa di “In the Wake of Poseidon” mai realizzata.
