Slow, Deep and Hard è l'album di debutto in studio dei Type O Negative, pubblicato nel 1991 da Roadrunner Records. L'album, originariamente intitolato None More Negative e pubblicato nel 1990 con il precedente nome Repulsion, ha lanciato la carriera del gruppo. L'album è caratterizzato da una crudezza che era già presente nella precedente band di Peter Steele, i Carnivore, ma incorpora elementi che diventeranno standard per i Type O Negative, fondendo stili come doom metal, gothic rock, new wave e musica industriale.
