Il Box Set "Sail On Sailor - 1972" Super DeLuxe include i due CD dei Beach Boys, Carl and the Passions – “So Tough” (1972) e "Holland" (1973), rimasterizzati dai nastri originali con bonus track inedite (outtakes, radio promos, alternate versions, alternate mixes, a cappella versions…), prodotti dal duo formato da Mark Linett e Alan Boyd, lo stesso team già responsabile dei due progetti d’archivio “SMiLE SESSIONS” e “FEEL FLOWS”. Nel cofanetto sarà incluso anche un concerto inedito della band registrato alla Carnegie Hall di New York nel 1972 ed il mitico EP di Brian Wilson "Mount Vernon and Fairway (A Fairytale)", originariamente incluso come EP 7” nell'edizione in vinile di "Holland"; 105 tracce in totale di cui 80 inedite. Completa il packaging un elegante booklet di 48 pagine con nuove note bio-discografiche curate da Howie Edelson, rare foto, testi, memorabili e interviste ad Al Jardine, Brian Wilson, Bruce Johnston, Carl Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Mike Love e molti altri.
