Time Fades Away è un album live del 1973 del musicista canadese-americano Neil Young. Composto da materiale inedito, fu registrato con gli Stray Gators durante il tour di supporto all'album di grande successo Harvest del 1972. A causa dell'insoddisfazione di Young per il tour, è stato omesso dal suo catalogo e non è stato pubblicato su compact disc fino al 2017. L'album è il primo della cosiddetta "trilogia del fosso" che Young ha registrato dopo il grande successo di Harvest, quando la portata del suo successo e dell'acclamazione è diventata così evidente che Young ha successivamente sperimentato l'alienazione dalla sua musica e dalla sua carriera. Ciononostante, Time Fades Away ha ricevuto molti apprezzamenti da parte della critica ed è stato ampiamente piratato dopo essere uscito di stampa a causa della conseguente richiesta da parte dei fan.
