L'etichetta bootleg Off The Shelf pubblica su due LP la prima parte dello show che i Led Zeppelin tennero il 9 giugno del 1972 al Charlotte Coliseum in North Carolina nel corso del loro ottavo tour nordamericano. Lo stesso Jimmy Page lo considera il momento di massima forma e ispirazione del quartetto, che qui apre le danze con la micidiale sequenza "Immigrant Song"/"Hearbreaker"/"Celebration Day"/"Black Dog" e sfodera grandi versioni di "Since I've Been Loving You" e "Stairway To Heaven" per poi lasciare spazio a un magico set acustico di quattro brani tratti da "III" e "IV". Un buon complemento all'ufficiale "How The West Was Won" registrato nel corso dello stesso tour tra Los Angeles, Long Beach e Southampton (Inghilterra).
